The mysterious Doctor is betrayed by his own Sect members, who try to have him killed and then try to turn him in to Scotland Yard, but he fakes his death by blowing up his own lair. Now fifteen years later he has returned for his revenge, this time with his daughter Lin Tang helping him. He plans to brainwash the daughters and wives of his former Sect members and then use them to kill his enemies once and for all. But his old nemesis from Scotland Yard Nayland Smith and his loyal friend Dr.Petrie, along with Nayland's new partner Sgt. Riley Spicer are on him and his evil daughters trail... will they be able to stop his evil plans in time?
